Bills are mailed on or near the first business day of every month. Payment is due in the Bailey County Electric (BCEC) office no later than 16 days from the date of the bill. If the due date falls on a holiday or weekend, payment will be due the following business day. Contact the BCEC Billing Clerk with any questions regarding your statement or account.
