All disconnects must be mounted and have the correct fuse size
* All grounds must be ran and hooked up
* All ground rods must be 8’ and hooked up
* Wells requiring capacitors must have the capacitors installed
* Well cover plates must be grounded
* Grounded phase shall be in the center and slugged with approved slugs
* All grounding shall comply with NEC 250.122
BCEC Capacitor Requirements
BCEC requires power correction capacitors on irrigation installations having a total horsepower of 25 hp and above. Capacitors may be required on any size installation where cooperative personal may deem necessary.
